Tillymints Nursery

Here at Tillymints we aim to provide high quality childcare. We offer settling in sessions for all children so that they become familiar with the setting and staff before they start. Children will be assigned a key person who will be best suited to the child's individual needs.

We follow the EYFS curriculum and adapt our environment to meet the needs of the children. Staff will observe children and plan for their individual needs. Children have access to a large outdoor provision.

As as a setting we introduce children to all cultures but work closely on british values.

We have 8 members of staff who are level 3 Qualified, 2 members of staff  who are level 2 qualified , 1 member of staff who has level 6 and 1 member of staff who is a qualified teacher. All staff are peadiatric first aid trained and have completed safeguarding training. All staff are aware of prevent duty.

Our SENCO's attend regular consortia groups to gain support form outside angencies e.g. SENISS and educatonal psychologists and access resources for children with additional needs.
