Description

We use ‘all about me’ forms when a child starts to identify any areas of help that may be needed

EYFS, Learning Journals, Observations, sensory play, visuals/symbols, small group work, key worker  Referral to specialist services

A Famly app is used to track development and keep Parents updated on their child parents are invited to send observations of their children to their keyperson
SENCO with 30 plus years’ experience  dealing with a lot of different outside agencies

 Planning is organised around each individual child’s needs.

 We work in partnership with the local authority, health and social care services.
We are members of the Early Years Consortia. YES
Staff have been trained in many areas of SEN, we have an low staff turnover so staff have a good relationships with families 

 The setting is wheelchair accessible.
