Our Isolation to Inclusion (i 2 i contact) strategy offers a long-term, person-centered approach through links in the Daisy chain, a pathway of individual links; each link offering relevant and bespoke help and support through the journey from isolation to inclusion.

  • Point of Contact / Personal Development Plans

Many disabled people are isolated, lacking confidence and self-esteem. If treated with care, compassion and empathy they are more likely to return and flourish, encouraging, participation and inclusion.

With our SMILE (Self Motivation Inclusive Learning and Enrichment) Initiative we tune into each individual, developing individual learning plans, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Education

“If they don’t learn the way we teach, we must teach the way they learn.”

We are an accredited trainer and provide Training in our community kitchen, IT room, recording studio, sport & activity clubs, reception, daisy inclusive one stop shop plus much more.

  • Disability Hate Crime – Report and Support

We provide the disability hate crime support across Merseyside, commissioned by the Office of the Police Crime Commissioner, in partnership with Merseyside Police, Stop Hate UK, Anthony Walker Foundation, Citizen’s Advice Bureau and other relevant partners.

  • Training – Disability Awareness Workshops.

‘Teaching the future teachers.’ Our proactive approach empowers organizations to support people with disabilities.

  • Inclusive Sport and Physical Activities.

Sport is great at bringing disabled and non-disabled together using reverse inclusion, where activities are designed with disability in mind and then non-disabled included.

  • Pre-Employability.

We offer career / employability advice and volunteering opportunities, while helping people gain self-confidence and skills.

  • Advice and Guidance – including benefits advice and counselling.

Social Readiness.

  • Our SMILE initiative helps people gain social readiness and wellbeing through Sport, Performing Arts, Social and Community Activities, and TIME (Travel, Independence, Mobility, Empowerment), building self-confidence and esteem, empowering them to fly the nest.
