Rainbow House Nursery

Rainbow House is a long established private day nursery situated in the heart of Walton and serving many parents living in our busy locality and further afield. Our team of staff are all committed to providing the best of care for each and every child. The core of staff are fully qualified to level 3 in Childcare and attend a variety of continuous appropriate training. For many years, we have had weekly visits from an excellent Spanish teacher  and music and movement. We also have four week visits from the local children's centre who come in and carry out activities such as funky movers, dental hygeine, healthy eating and support for parents with toilet training.

We have an onsite chef who prepares and cooks nutritious meals from fresh ingredients from a 4 week menu. The menu have been devised by the settings PANCo and are designed to give children their correct daily intake of fruit and vegetables throughout the week.

We offer places to children aged 0-5 years between 3 main rooms and have some free places available for 2 year olds subject to certain criteria and availability. Also 3 & 4 year olds receive 15 government funded hours weekly(term time only) or stretched across the year at 10 hours per week . Children who are eligible for government funding will receive this the term after their 2nd or 3rd birthday.

We have a safe enclosed garden to the rear of our nursery which has a soft surface particularly suitable for our younger children. There is also an area to the front which is fenced securely and the gate is locked when our older children are playing there.

You are welcome to telephone to discuss your child's particular needs and nursery requirements. You will be shown around, any questions will be answered and meet our friendly team.
