Parents and carers of children with disabilities or illnesses can have difficulty accessing legal advice and often have a particular range of legal needs.
We can offer a one off appointment with our in house solicitor, supported by our students, followed by a letter of advice on a range of issues impacting on your child's quality of life.
APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY 9TH OCTOBER 2017 ONWARDS
Our service is limited to the advice and support given at the apointment in our clinicand one follow up letter. We cannot offer you further appointments or do any further work on your case. If we think there is another organisation that can help you further, we will tell you. If we think you may be eligible for legal aid, we will discuss this with you and provide you with information on where to go for further help with this.
