We provide non contact boxing and fitness sessions for people of all ages and abilities throughout Merseyside. Either in group sessions or personal one to one, our staff are fully trained to coach people of any ability or background.

We cater for all additional needs and any age group. Currently we work with disabled children and adults, victims of domestic violence, youths on pathway to prison, schools across Merseyside and Probation services (PSS).
