Intro to Yoga
Join us for a 6 weeks introduction to yoga course. Perfect for complete beginners or people returning to being active again. Yoga is a brilliant way to start moving the body, gaining flexibility and building strength. It’s also brilliant if you’re feeling a bit low as helps to release the happy hormones that can help you on the way to feeling better. There’s no crazy poses, just gentle movement with the wonderful Anne, a mature teacher who’s attentive to her students. Suitable for any body shape, any body size, males and females.
