Intro to Yoga

Join us for a 10 week introduction to yoga course. Perfect for complete beginners or people returning to being active again. Yoga is a brilliant way to start moving the body, gaining flexibility and building strength. It’s also brilliant if you’re feeling a bit low as helps to release the happy hormones that can help you on the way to feeling better. There’s no crazy poses, just gentle movement with the wonderful Karen, an experienced teacher who’s attentive to her students. Suitable for any body shape, any body size, males and females.
