Child Bereavement UK
We have over 21 years experience in supporting families and educating professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement.
We provide confidential support, information and guidance to families and professionals. Our National Helpline is available to take calls and respond to emails 9am-5pm Monday -Friday along with an online Live Chat from 9 am to 5 pm. The helpline can provide support and Information such as a confidential listening service, advice, guidance and information on a wide range of topics, signposting to other local and national organisations which may be able to offer further support specific to your needs.
We provide books, DVD's, and workbooks for bereaved families and professionals which have been developed with their input. Many of our resources have received British Medical Association recognition for educational merit. Order online http://www.childbereavementuk.org

Parents support groups for baby and child death and support through a subsequent pregnancy

Young Peoples Groups (YPG) for bereaved young people up to age 25

Training For Professionals
We operate established training, consultancy and staff support service providing: workshops, courses, study days, and conferences covering a breadth of subjects across the country. Tailor made workshops, devised by our experienced facilitators to meet an organisations specific needs. Comprehensive course materials, consultancy and supervision to the statutory, voluntary and corporate sectors, accredited training and recognised continuing professional development.
Every year we train more than 9,000 professionals, helping them to better understand and meet the needs of grieving families.
Support and Training for Schools

Our national helpline offers support and information to anyone in any part of the country.
For direct support either face-to-face or booked telephone support a referral is needed. Referrals can be made via self referrals or third party referrals. Please note we will only accept third party referrals if they have the family/individuals permisson.

The building is accessible for wheelchair users and there are disabled toilets.
