Tax Free Childcare

Tax-free Childcare is a government scheme that pays 20% of childcare costs up to a maximum of £2000 each year. The scheme is open to working parents of children aged 0-11 (or 0-16 if disabled) who aren't receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers.
So for every £8 working parents pay in, the government will add £2, up to a maximum contribution of £2000 per child per year (£4000 per year for disabled children).
