Angela's Tai Chi School

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Philosophy/Art that uses exercise and meditation to improve the health of the mind, body and spirit.

Tai Chi is practised all around the world. Those who do Tai Chi find it relaxing and meditative. People I have taught have reported such benefits as improved blood pressure, improvement in sleeping, reduction of pain in conditions such as arthritis, general health and wellbeing, improved immune system and relief from back and neck problems. 

I run classes face to face or online (via Zoom).  Full details can be found on the classes page of the website.  From there you can register and book on to the class of your choice.  You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire as well.  I will contact you to confirm your place.  If you are not sure which class works best for you then email me or phone.

Details
One Zoom session per week is charged at £15 per month. There are no refunds for missed sessions. Face to face classes cost £7 per hourly session. There are advancement payment options which will be cheaper if chosen.

Some of my newcomers are referred to ATCS via a local charity. If your charity would like to be able to offer Tai Chi and/or Qigong to its service users please contact me via email for further details.
