Angela's Tai Chi School

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Philosophy/Art that uses exercise and meditation to improve the health of the mind, body and spirit.

Tai Chi is practised all around the world. Those who do Tai Chi find it relaxing and meditative. People I have taught have reported such benefits as improved blood pressure, improvement in sleeping, reduction of pain in conditions such as arthritis, general health and wellbeing, improved immune system and relief from back and neck problems. 

Currently due to Covid 19 classes are being held on Zoom.  There are sessions on there that are suitable for beginners and if you are interested in accessing an online session please email me or phone me.

Details
When paying for Zoom classes the amount depends on the number of sessions a week that you do. If you do one session, payment is £15 per month; two sessions is £28 per month and three sessions is £40 per month. There is no refund if you miss any sessions.
