Integrated Children's Community Nursing Service
What do we do?
The Integrated Children’s Community Nursing Team comprises of a team of experienced children’s nurses who provide nursing care for children and young people in their own home or within a community setting across Liverpool & Sefton.
The Children’s Community Nursing Team aims to:
- provide a service that enables children to be nursed at home with their family or guardian.
- To reduce hospital admission and to shorten the time spent in hospital.
- To work closely with other professionals.
- To provide training to nursery staff, school staff carers and other agencies.
