Mode Training

Mode is an innovative training provider based in the north of the city with close rail links across the city region. We offer Apprenticeships and adult education programmes across a wide range of sectors, including hairdressing, make up, music technology, ICT, maths and digital marketing. 

We also deliver alternative education in both hairdressing and music technology. Alternative Education is delivered both onsite at our centre in The Secret Warehouse or on school site. This is agreed at an initial meeting with the school to identify how our programme can meet their needs. 

Our success rates on all programmes are consistently above the national average with excellent progression rates into employment and higher level further education and training. For those with additional learning support needs success rates are equal to or better across all programmes than those identified with no additional support needs.

Mode Training latest Ofsted inspection was in May 2019 with grade 2 good across all provision inspectors noted  "Mode leaders set high expectations and have a clear vision for the development of the company.  They succeed in meeting their aim to be a high-quality, inclusive provider of courses for vulnerable young people and adults. Consequently, the provision meets the needs of Liverpool City Region's economy and community.
