Employability Solutions Working Futures

Employability Solutions receives ESF funding to deliver an employment support programme to NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people aged 16-29. 

We provide, short, medium and long-term support to those aiming to progress into employment or further education and training. This can range from short 5 day workshops around CV/application writing, interview skills, personal development, confidence building, etc to more intensive programmes ranging from 12 weeks - 12 months that include support to improve maths, english and employability, depending on individual need.

The Reach is a community hub based within Parklands Library that is used by a number of different organisations who specialise in supporting young people with training and employment. 

The venue is fully-accessible and has free car parking available. Close to bus stops.

Self-Referrals as well as our own community engagement, allow those who benefit from the Working Futures Programme to access it. Referrals from professionals also welcome for anyone eligible. 

Participants must be NEET and be able to provide ID.

Support is offered to those who are unable to supply evidence or ID in the first instance.

We are able to cater for people with additional needs who can be offered more intensive support.
