MYA - Healthline
Healthline aims to develop children and young people’s awareness of the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and to empower them to address relevant health issue and make informed lifestyle choices.
We design and adapt programmes to meet current needs of children and young people which ensures a holistic approach across four main topic areas:
· Emotional Health & Wellbeing
· Healthy Lifestyles (nutrition, exercise, living environment)
· Sexual Health & Relationships
· Substance Awareness (Alcohol, drugs & tobacco)
We engage with young peopleaged 11-25 using group work and 1:1 methods which are creative and enjoyable, creating a safe environment which helps young people develop communication skills and build self confidence.

Healthline is based at MYA on Hanover street, but our workers are happy to deliver porgammes from a range of venues.
We have delivered in youth centres, community centres and in a range of educational settings.
We are available for special events, training days and a range of shorter and longer term programmes-all of which may be tailored to meet your needs.

- When is it on
- We are flexible in where and when we deliver. Sessions can be offered during evenings, weekends and office hours
- Referral Details
Young people aged 11-19 (or up to 25 with additional needs) who are referred to us through youth clubs, projects, schools, G.P.s or other agencies who work with young people.
We can also provide targeted interventions with specific groups, geographical areas and with younger children if required.
