We design and adapt programmes to meet current needs of children and young  people which ensures a holistic approach across four main topic areas:

· Emotional Health & Wellbeing

· Healthy Lifestyles (nutrition, exercise, living environment)

· Sexual Health & Relationships

· Substance Awareness (Alcohol, drugs & tobacco)

We engage with young peopleaged 11-25 using group work and 1:1 methods which are creative and enjoyable, creating a safe environment which helps young people develop communication skills and build self confidence.
