 An introduction to Mindfulness


 Motherhood can bring many changes both physically, emotionally and hormonally.  It can leave us feeling vulnerable and out of balance.


This makes it the perfect time to learn Mindfulness and basic meditation skills.


 Mindfulness and meditation have been proven to

*regulate blood pressure


 By learning to simply be present in the moment, accepting physical sensations, emotions and thoughts, we can lead calmer, happier and more fulfilling lives.
